The commission process

The journey of your custom artwork begins with your vision. It involves a detailed consultation and consistent updates to ensure satisfaction. Here’s how it works:

  1. Initial Inquiry: Send an email with details about your desired artwork, including imagery, size, and surface preferences, along with your ideal deadline and reference images.
  2. Confirmation & Quote: I'll confirm the project feasibility within your timeline or suggest alternatives, providing a pricing quote.
  3. Videocall Consultation: A brief video call to align on all project details.
  4. Email Summary & Deposit Invoice: Receive a summary of our discussion and an invoice for a 30% deposit.
  5. Artwork Creation & Updates: Upon deposit receipt, I'll start on your commission, providing regular email updates.
  6. Final Approval & Payment: Once you're delighted with the final piece, an invoice for the remaining 70% will be sent.
  7. Shipping: After the final payment is processed, your artwork will be carefully shipped to your specified address.
  8. Alternative Payment Plans: Can be arranged if needed.
